Accountability and integrity are vitally important in every aspect of our church life, and it’s no different when it comes to finances. 

We adhere to high standards of biblical accountability, board governance, financial transparency, integrity in fundraising, and proper use of charitable resources. We make annual returns to Corporate Affairs Commission and publicly give a yearly report of our financial statements. You are always welcome to ask questions about our financial practices.

When you tithe, you’re entrusting your finances to God.

Tithing is a biblical principle which we believe in. God asks us to honour Him with the first 10% of our income. We’ve seen God provide abundantly in our church, and we know He will provide abundantly for you and your family as you put Him first in your finances. In fact, it’s just one area in the Bible where God tells you to prove Him. Giving is a proof of our absolute dependence on God as our Provider.

"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it." Malachi 3:10 NIV

When you give to Lighthouse, God multiplies your gifts and does more with it than any of us could ask or imagine. Your tithe becomes part of God’s plan to resource the local church to do His work here on earth. And He also allows you to be a part of all He is doing in your community and around the world through local and global missions partners.
